it's gorgeous and fairly clean hotel, has marvellous and handy location to marbella town centre.

Great location for visiting a zoo and pubs.

Hey im dr.ibrahim from lebanon,i stayed at hotel la chapas in marbella 5 days!its nice comfort,but not good location who like to stay in the downtown of the city because buses stop at 11 pm so the return to the hotel is by taxi which costs 16 euro from the city center,and transport is week in marbella as a whole,ever 30 min.one bus,so be carefull)

Poor breakfast,good lunch and dinner but staff in the kitchen should write also over the meals and food in english,since I dont eat pork and I didnt know it was pork one meal,so pls write in english with spanich

Fantastic, clean, big size hotel, the location is ideal and fantastic in a near shopping center. The breakfast is freshly cooked and the staff is pleasant. The units are well decorated, neat with a big balcony.

The hotel was fairly clean with nice staff and free breakfast. Great and handy location, within 15 minutes walk to Playa de Artola. Fantastic stay in fairly nice area...

Awfully rude staff!

Request a room with better bathroom facilities, as the shower can be problematic with extreme temperatures.

Fab food, excellent breakfast.

The hotel has lovely pools.

I was frustrated with the room's air conditioning, which didn't work at all. To, the bath would fill up. The service at the pool bar was ridiculously slow. I waited over an hour for a pizza that tasted like cardboard.

Nice pool onsite, neat and updated room with a double bedroom, 2 persons +extra bed, for example.
